People behind the art.
We are a team of filmmakers with diverse backgrounds and strong film education. We take genuine pride in both the work we create and the way we work with our clients. Every project begins with questions rather than cameras. We take the time to understand your business, your audience and the changes you are working towards. The creative follows the purpose, never the other way around. It is a different way to work with a film company. In our experience, it is the only way to make content that earns its place in a business. It is a different way to work with a film company. Founder of Oceania Film Company. Graduate of Edith Cowan University, majoring in Film and Video. AJ directs every project we undertake and leads the client relationship on each one.
Over eight years of experience shooting across New York, Los Angeles and Perth. Kian runs our camera department and post-production process. His eye for striking visuals is the reason our projects stand out.
Actor, writer, director and our performance coach, with formal training in acting, vocal performance and script analysis. Ricky gives our talent the tools to perform and stay confident on camera, and creates a positive, enjoyable environment on set.
Maduka leads 2D animation at Oceania and manages our visual identity. He also develops brand identity work for clients — because video only succeeds when it sits correctly inside the brand around it.
Studied film at ECU while completing a BA in English and Literary Studies at UWA. Giles directed the independent feature Jellyfish and leads most of our corporate projects. An associate member of the Australian Screen Editors’ Guild, nominated at the 2025 Ellie Awards.
Another ECU film graduate. For over half a decade, Gina has edited for filmmakers and business owners alike – corporate presentations, marketing materials, theatrical releases. She accommodates every editing style and genre the work demands.
Peter leads our photography. A local legend with over twenty years of experience in the commercial and wedding industries, he brings a craftsman’s eye and real energy to every shoot.
